SHIPPING:

DOMESTIC - shipping is included in the price of your item within the US. If you need faster shipping please email baileysknits@gmail.com for a quote  

INTERNATIONAL - is bases on package size and weight, some countries require additional shipping and will be calculated at checkout  

CUSTOM FEES/DUTIES - We are not responsible for custom fees and/or duties for packages. This is applied per country and every country is different.

TURN AROUND TIME - In most cases we ship within 3 days. For some products such as our wood products that need to be finished prior to shipping it may take 7-14 days to ship  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: if you are unhappy with your product and request a refund or exchange there is a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer return shipping labels  

CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE  

DAMAGED GOODS: If an item arrived damaged please contact us within 24 HOURS of receiving your package. Email us with images at baileysknits@gmail.com so that we may report it to UPS or USPS and see if a case can be filed.

READY TO SHIP VS. PREORDER: RTS (Ready to ship) will ship within 10 business days, in most cases sooner. Preorder please refer to the individual listing. If you need an order immediately, please do not hesitate to contact us, in most cases we can accommodate to make sure your order arrives in a timely manner for your session or deadline.
